Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Be sure to check your inbox or spam folder to ensure you receive it.
Shipping
Portrilux ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, selecting the most cost-effective carrier based on your order and destination. Transit times typically range from 5 to 7 business days. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be processed for free. If necessary, you may need to place a new order.
Delivery
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a courier service. In most cases, delivery will be made by your regular postal service and will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how to collect your package.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly! Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
